“Through our ‘At Your Service’ program we offer housekeeping services, notary service, package acceptance, and dry‑cleaning service,” says Ginger. “The office staff will gladly accept packages on your behalf and we offer residents access to fax services, postage, copiers, scanners, and other needed office equipment.”
For Ginger and her dedicated staff, it’s about making her residents’ lives easier. As a matter of fact, residents can pay their monthly rent online each month. How’s that for convenience?
