On November 14th The Early Learning Coalition of Marion County celebrated it’s 20th Anniversary and Time Capsule Ceremony with a special ribbon-cutting. The mission of the Early Learning Coalition is to provide leadership and foster partnerships to optimize a quality early learning environment for our children through childcare, voluntary pre-kindergarten, and parent education.
