With the purchase of Post Time Farm in 2002\, HITS cemented its commitment to equestrian sport and its participants\, as well as to the Ocala and Marion County areas. For four decades and counting\, the HITS Ocala Winter Circuit continues to provide one of the largest and most popular show circuits in the country. \nThis winter\, HITS returns for the 39th annual HITS Ocala Winter Circuit at HITS Post Time Farm for the Ocala Holiday Series\, December 11-22\, 2019\, and the Ocala Winter Circuit\, January 14-March 22\, 2020. The 2019/2020 Season promises to be the best yet\, with over $5 million in prize money awarded throughout the Series. The Sunday Grand Prix have been doubled and even tripled in prize money most weeks\, and the season will finish with the seventh annual Great American $1 Million Grand Prix\, the Crown Jewel of the HITS Ocala Winter Circuit\, on Sunday\, March 22. \nCelebrate four decades with HITS Ocala and you’ll see – we’re at the Top of Our Game.

He has recorded and/or performed with Junior Wells\, George Porter Jr\, Dr. John\, Willie Nelson\, Big Chief Monk Boudreaux\, Billy Joe Shaver\, Maria Muldaur\, James Cotton\, Cyril Neville\, Kenny Aronoff\, Allen Toussaint\, Kim Wilson\, Jimmy Thackery\, Charlie Musslewhite\, Kenny Neal\, Chris Layton\, Ivan Neville\, Jimmy Hall\, Jim Lauderdale\, Anders Osborne\, and Alvin Youngblood Hart to name a few. Tab’s accomplishments as a musician are matched only by his devotion to the environmental health of his native Louisiana wetlands. Benoit is the founder and driving force behind Voice of the Wetlands\, an organization working to preserve the coastal waters of his home state. In 2010\, he received the Governor’s Award for Conservationist of the Year from the Louisiana Wildlife Federation. Benoit also starred in the iMax motion picture Hurricane on the Bayou\, a documentary of Hurricane Katrina’s effects and a call to protect and restore the wetlands.
