Ignite for Ocala, in partnership with the Ocala Civic Theatre, hosted the April 13th evening of short-form improv and dinner to support the nonprofit Shepherd’s Lighthouse in Belleview, which helps single mothers and their children gain independence. The event took place at the College of Central Florida in Ocala. Ignite helps small nonprofits increase their awareness and reach within the community as well as raise funds to support their special projects. Ignite is not a nonprofit organization but is committed to partnering with local nonprofit organizations.
