NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The “King Law Firm’s Great Toy Giveaway” begins at 8:00am Eastern Time (ET) on December 3, 2018 and ends on December 20, 2018.
ELIGIBILITY:To participate in this giveaway, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada and be at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Employees of Magnolia Media Company, LLC, Facebook, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, vendors, employees and immediate family of such employees (defined as spouse, IRS dependent, or biological, adoptive or step- mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, and each of their respective spouses), or those who reside in the same household as, any person in any of the preceding categories, are not eligible to participate. Void outside the 50 United States, D.C., and Canada and where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER:During the promotion period, you may enter the sweepstakes by completing the following steps:
- Access Ocala Style Magazine’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/ocalastyle, and click on the “Events” tab and locate the “King Law Firm’s Great Toy Giveaway” link. Click on the event, and click “Going” or “Interested” to receive notifications when a new toy is posted.
- Once in the “King Law Firm’s Great Toy Giveaway” event, watch for prompts on the event page to enter the contest posted. To enter, simply make the suggested comment within the allotted one-hour time frame the contest is active and post it to the contest administrator, Ocala Style Magazine’s event Facebook post. Providing all the necessary information enables the entrant to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) entry per person (regardless of the number of Facebook accounts held by that person) per toy each hour. Any attempted form of entry other than as set forth herein is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Neither sponsor, sponsor affiliates, nor Facebook shall be responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account associated with the Facebook account that submitted the entry. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by the relevant entity responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
DURATION:This sweepstakes begins at 8:00am Eastern Time (ET) on December 3, 2018 and ends on December 20, 2018. For an entry to be eligible, it must be registered within this time period. Only one entry per person, address or e-mail address is permitted, per toy, over the duration of the sweepstakes.
PRIZES:The following prize(s) will be awarded based on a random drawing of eligible entries received:
Winners will receive the item(s) featured on the contest entry form in which they entered. Prizes vary by individual contests throughout the duration of the “King Law Firm’s Great Toy Giveaway.”
Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize winner is solely responsible for any fees/incidentals not included in the prize(s) that become due with respect to prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen or faulty prizes once they are awarded and prizes are awarded “AS IS.”
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the sponsor and sweepstakes administrator, which is final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by Facebook post. The list of winners will be pinned to the top of the “King Law Firm’s Great Toy Giveaway” Facebook event page administered by Ocala Style until January 4, 2019. Ocala Style will make 2 (two) attempts to contact winners after the end of the giveaway. If the winner does not respond by January 4, 2019 to accept his/her prize, the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. If a potential winner cannot be reached via Facebook or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these official rules, the prize will be forfeited. All entries become the exclusive property of the sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Only one (1) winner per household in the “King Law Firm’s Great Toy Giveaway.”
PRIZE PICKUP:Winners of the “King Law Firm’s Great Toy Giveaway” must pick up their prize at Ocala Style Magazine, located at 1007 E Fort King Street, Ocala, Florida, 34471. Winners must provide photo identification when picking up their prize. Winners must pick up their prize by 5:00pm on January 4, 2019. After that time, all prizes not picked up are forfeited to Ocala Style Magazine.
PUBLICITY & MARKETING:Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the sponsor to use the winner’s name, Facebook username, profile picture, voice, statement, image and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law. A winner may notify Ocala Style Magazine, contest administrator, in writing at 1007 East Fort King Street, Ocala, Florida 34471, upon receipt of prize, if they wish for any of the above information not to be used for purposes of marketing.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All federal, state, or other tax liabilities, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, judges and independent sweepstakes administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the sweepstakes mechanics, and/or the interpretation of these official rules. All entrants, and any selected winners, agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the sponsor, Facebook, Inc., any vendors/prize providers that may be associated with this contest, and the respective officers and employees of these entities, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this sweepstakes, or for any prizes won.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:By participating in the sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless sponsor, Facebook, and their related companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of this offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes. In the event sponsor is prevented from continuing with this sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the sweepstakes is undermined by any event including but not limited to acts of God and nature, satellite or equipment failure, technical failures or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within sponsor’s control, sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the sweepstakes without further obligation and, if so, sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event. All entries are the property of sponsor and are not returnable. The laws of the state of Florida (USA), without regard to its conflict of law rules, will govern these terms. DISPUTES:Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Florida.
