Back 2 School Bash at Silver Springs State Park

Cape Leisure Corp., the official concessionaire of Silver Springs State Park, is hosting a Back 2 School Bash on Saturday, August 3, 2019 from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm, to collect donations of school supplies to benefit Marion County Public Schools.

This event is open to all ages and included with standard park admission of $2.00 per person. Additional activities available for purchase, including face painting, ice cream, and our famous Glass Bottom Boat tours. Glass Bottom Boat tours will be offered at a discounted rate of $8.00 per person for each individual who brings a school supply donation.

We will offer yard games, a live DJ, bounce houses, face painting, as well as the following activities:

-11:00 am-1:00 pm: Become a Junior Ranger!
-12:00 pm: Archeology at the Springs (for kids!) with Texas A&M Researcher Morgan Smith
-1:00 pm: Celebrate Indy the Indigo Snake’s birthday!
-2:00 pm: Story time at Ross Allen Island
