The Friends of Marion County Parks & Recreation proudly announces the 2nd annual Brick City Carnival! Come one! Come all! This is a FREE community event offering a safe trick-or-treat experience, old fashioned carnival games and a variety of entertainment. Food and drink will also be available for purchase.
