Brickhouse Pub

If you haven’t been to historic downtown Clermont in a while, now is the time to go. This bustling city is filled with unique shops, cultural offerings, and dining opportunities. The newly opened Brickhouse Pub is reason enough to make the trip.

Located on the corner of 8th Street and W. Minneola Avenue, the Brickhouse Pub occupies one of Clermont’s most historic buildings. The authentic Chicago brick, original tin ceiling, jewel-toned hues, delicate stained glass, and rich mahogany wood lend an air of sophistication to the Brickhouse Pub.

And then there’s the food! Dining at the Brickhouse Pub is like embarking on a culinary tour of Europe. Sure to be favorites are the homemade Perogies, Fish & Chips, Stuffed Cabbage (Holubky), and Corned Beef and Cabbage. And that’s just the beginning! The pub will offer complete lunch, earlybird, dinner, and late-night bar menus. All menu selections are homemade, and many are Executive Chef Jeff Minkwic’s personal creations. With 22 years of experience, his dishes are guaranteed to be memorable.

“Guests will be extremely satisfied with not only the food we serve, but also the rich, beautiful décor and the level of service provided,” says owners Debbie and Mark Lacek.

The old-fashioned bartending is reminiscent of earlier times when the neighborhood pub was the place to gather. With 18 beers on tap (and many more in bottles), and a full spirits bar including a nice selection of Irish Whiskey, Scotch, and Bourbons, there is something for everyone.

The Pub is a wonderful place to dine for lunch or an early dinner. It’s a place to meet with friends, share stories, listen to music, and enjoy wonderful food and drinks. Beginning at 9pm, you must be 21 or over with a valid ID.

Make plans to visit Clermont’s Brickhouse Pub now. You’ll be glad you did!
