“I grew up with the techniques used today,” Kristin explains. “I’m lucky that when I got into this field, I had the luxury of learning the systems as they came out, not all at one time like someone who is new to this field.”
For her patients, that means Kristin is thorough, exact, and highly educated when it comes to her specialty. She has long-time patients who continue to see her, even after her moves to Miami, New York, Chicago, Naples, and Ohio.

“This non-laser, light-based treatment travels through the pigment in the hair follicle into the bulb where it heats it up, causing the follicle to die,” she says.
The Titan is another unique procedure Kristin specializes in. This non-ablative, laser procedure tightens skin and reduces the appearance of wrinkles on the neck, face, chest, arms, and abdomen.
“It uses a spectrum of wavelengths to travel to a predictable depth in the skin,” Kristin explains. “Using sustained heat, the process causes a contraction, forcing the skin to tighten. The heat also produces collagen, which is the protein matrix that makes skin look and feel youthful.”
While the Titan travels to a deep layer of the dermis, the Laser Genesis system alters the mid-dermis where it stimulates collagen production.
“We are tricking the skin into behaving younger by giving it more substance,” Kristin says. “The result is fuller, more youthful looking skin.”
Depending on the desired outcome and the condition of the skin, Kristin has a variety of products from which to choose. Injectables such as Botox Cosmetic, Radiesse, Restylane, and Perlane offer dramatic results, minimizing and filling lines and wrinkles while adding facial fullness and plumping the lips.
