Day in the Life – July 2021

In observing the beauty that exists in the here and now, we can find the extraordinary revealed within the ordinary.

We invite you to see our community with fresh eyes through the lens of one of our talented photographers.

Bruce, a longtime photojournalist, stopped by Lily’s Pad at Lillian Bryant Park on a hot day in early June, because, as he says, “When the splash pads open, it’s summer.”

“Kids of all ages can get to be good friends on the splash pad with all the fun and surprise of the different jets of water that shoot out unexpectedly. When it’s hot and you want something to do with your kids, you go there and you start having fun.”
