The Florida Center for the Blind’s recent Dining in the Dark event put attendees in the shoes of the blind for a dinner served by Marion County Sheriff’s Office and Ocala Police Department SWAT teams. Although SWAT members wore night vision goggles, attendees experienced eating in complete darkness. Proceeds benefited the Florida Center for the Blind.
