Unleash your sense of adventure with Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) or kayaking along the Withlacoochee River in Florida, which is one of the very few Rivers in the world that flow south to north. It is a pristine river with wonderful views of Cypress trees and an abundance of wildlife. You will see Eagles, Osprey, Hawks, King Fishers, Alligators, Turtles and much more.
Your hosts Chrystal And Evan have been exploring the great outdoors for as long as they can remember — and their greatest passion is sharing Central Florida’s wonders with others. Chrystal is a member of ACA and is CPR certified, with over 400 hours of SUP and kayaking experience in Florida’s many local springs. Evan is First aid and CPR certified, with 800 hours SUP and Kayaking experience in Florida’s many bodies of water. We focus on proper Functions of Body Mechanics throughout the paddles to better serve the needs of those seeking relief and relaxation via excursions and retreats.

The What: We will begin paddling 2 miles upstream along the beautiful Withlacoochee River. This will take about an hour. We will get to encounter small rapid sections and many native species along our trip. Our turn around point is a beautiful crystal clear aquifer where we will enjoy a light snack, swimming, snorkeling and pure relaxation in nature. We will stay at this hidden gem for 1 hour, from this point we will paddle downstream to a favorite Local Casual, Quaint Restaurant on the beautiful Withlacoochee River with a Southern Touch for your Enjoyment. This trip will take about 5 hours in total.

-Kayak- $65 includes kayak, paddle, PFD, guide.
