38th Annual Hemingway Days

  • Ernest Hemingway was an American author known for his classic novels, including The Old Man and the Sea and For Whom the Bells Tolls. Hemingway spent most of his time writing from his home in Key West, so it’s only appropriate that locals gather once a year to celebrate his many accomplishments on the same island. The annual festival commemorates the late author with look-alike contests, poetry readings, presentations and memorabilia.
