One of the most common items we install in large senior communities that we serve is a recirculating pump on the hot water heater. Wait times for hot water to reach the bathroom are not only inconvenient, they can be costly, as they affect both water and sewer bills. A recirculating pump is affordable and provides instant hot water to the user.
